Selectronic forms relationship with Kaco

Already australia’s largest manufacturer of inverters, Selectronic has entered a new phase of its growth by announcing it has formed a relationship with one of the world’s biggest manufacturers of grid feed inverters: Kaco Gerätetechnik from Germany.

Under the agreement, Selectronic will distribute and service the range of Australian approved grid connect inverters.
As both companies are strong manufacturers there is a great synergy between the companies, sharing similar philosophies of product reliability and customer service.

Known as the Powador xi range, the Kaco grid inverters will initially be available in 3 sizes:

Powador 1501xi – 150Watts
Powador 3501xi – 3300Watt
Powador 4501xi – 4600Watts

Improved Warranty and Prices on PS1 inverter / charger

The Selectronic PS1 range of Inverter Chargers was released in March 2005. Since that time we have found that when correctly installed the PS1 is proving to be a very reliable and popular unit. With this proven track record, we are able to now increase the warranty period and reduce some prices on PS1 models.

The changes are as follows:

• PS1 3/24 price remains the same.
• PS1 5/24 price remains the same.
• PS1 6/48 was $10,998 now $9,998.
• PS1 10/48 was $16,995 now $13,995.
• PS1 12/120 was $23,995 now  $22,995.
• Warranty period when NOT installed by a Selectronic Accredited Installer, increased from 12 months to 36 months. Applicable all PS1 models.
• Warranty period when installed by a Selectronic Accredited Installer, increased from 36 months to 60 months. Applicable all PS1 models.
• Three year warranty extension prices significantly reduced, (requires installation by Selectronic Accredited Installer). See user Warranty card for pricing details.

So it is now possible to have up to 8 years warranty on a PS1 and save money on the purchase price. All this and it is still Australian designed and manufactured.
