If you have an inverter that needs a little tender loving care, please
make contact with one of the centres below.
We understand that many people rely heavily on their inverter so we undertake
to carry out any neccessary repairs in the shortest possible time.
My Selectronic or Kaco product needs maintenance or repair!
It is important to determine that the inverter is faulty before returning it for repair so please contact your installer for assistance in diagnosing any system fault. A service fee is chargeable on a functioning inverter regardless of its warranty status.
Please note that all electrical wiring must be carried out by appropriate qualified and licenced personnel. Contact your installer for disconnection and reconnection of your inverter.
To assist us in processing your repair as quickly as possible, please follow this process:
1: Determine the serial number and model number of the inverter needing repair.
If your inverter is listed below, please contact SI Clean Energy who are now servicing these units.

2: For all models not listed above, contact the Selectronic Service Department with this serial number and model number along with your return address and the nature of the fault.
3: Selectronic will send you a Return Authorisation via email as soon as possible but within two (2) business days.
4: Send the Authorisation with your product to your local authorised repair centre. Please note that any product received by a Selectronic service centre cannot be processed unless it is accompanied by a Return Authorisation.
5: Selectronic service will provide a quote for the repair unless requested otherwise. If the quote is rejected or the returned unit is not faulty, a service charge of $65 will apply.

Spare Service Parts for Authorised Field Service Agents
We now make a number of key parts available for Authorised Field Service Agents (AFSA).
Repairs not performed by AFSAs will not be subject to normal support or warranty conditions.
If the field service is unsuccessful, the inverter must be returned to Selectronic for repair.
